.Sir my class 10 CBSE marksheet and its record holds a wrong information About My name ", So i want to make some corrections in it , so i want to know about the Procedure to correct it.
For this you have to file a declaratory suit in the civil court seeking decree of declaration regarding your correct name, father's name, D.O.B. or whatever is written wrong. The same would only be corrected based on the information mentioned on your Birth Certificate.
