Problem regarding name and fathers name in ssc and admission form.

Hello.In my class 6 to 8 school records my name and my father's name is Rhea Bharadwaj and Shyam Bharadwaj respectively.After this I shifted to a different branch of the same school,and the TC that the previoys school gave wrote my name as just Rhea and my father as Shyam Bharadwaj.After asking them to make correction they neglected and said that it doesn't make a difference.Now in the other school all the records say Rhea and Shyam Bharadwaj.But in my Class 10 And 12 certificates it is given as Rhea and daughtee of S.Bharadwaj.And I am ok with that.Recently I went needed a certificate for proof of study in this last school for class 10 and 12,but due to my name different in previous school and my father's name as Shyam Bharadwaj in their present records,they refused.They also talked very badly with me.And I feel offended now.Pls guide me is this a criminal act,coz I am ok with whatever namws I have funally got in my 10 and 12 certificates.Will it lead to any problems in the future.
