Pathology lab running without proper documentation

I open new pathology maintaining all documentation as per Tripura govt's act .But one pathology without any document doing business Since 5 yrs, now how can I handle this lab so I become only single lab at my area as the lab is ruining iligealy ...plz help
As per your query, if the pathology lab in your area is running illegally without proper qualification and documentation then you can file a complaint to the Medical Council Of India informing them about the same and ask them to take whatever action they deem fit.
