I want to start a online lucky draw business. in short i am selling a pruduct of rs. 1000 in rs 500 in this draw but for this customers have to register for that lucky draw and registration chagre is rs.10. in Rs 10 customer can win this product in rs 500 and only limited customers can win remaining will get nothing in kind or cash back? so for that business should i require any permissions or anything?
Yes to start any kind of business you need to register your company and business. You need to make a proper policy and description of your online portal in which in future the people do you sue you and charge you under criminal offences like section 420. You need to research if any such kind of business is going on or not and then plan your business.
