Obtaining Birth Certificate from Gr.Mumbai Muni.Corp.

I need my Birth Certificate from Mumbai Muni. Corp. I was born in Bombay Hospital on 15/03/1958. My parents have died. My father's name is Prabhashanker K. Shukla and Mother's name is Bhanumati P. Shukla. Can you help me? I stayed in mumbai upto my age of 9/10 years. My name is Jayesh P. Shukla.
Right now I am staying in Ahmedabad. I need this certificate for my visa purpose. I understand that it can be obtained from "A" ward office near RBI, Mumbai.
U have u get birth order from the court and than only u will get the birth certificate from Nagar palika., as now up father mother to not alive up elder brother or any blood relation can file a case for birth order from court.
