Notary of Rent agreement

Hi,
My question is regarding my rent agreement which has the address of owner residential address based in Delhi and tenant residential address based in Delhi , but the notary was done in Ghaziabad thus Uttarpradesh. Is the rent agreement is valid address proof for bank or aadhar card?
If the Agreement is making for 11 months than notarizing it with Notary Public is sufficient and valid.
If the Agreement is making for above 11 months then it is recommended to make it register as the validity for Notary is for 1 year in case of Rent Agreement.
If rent agreement is executed in Ghaziabad because of the location of the property in Ghaziabad, notorization in Ghaziabad is fne

Here the thing is that the notary from which the document is notarized is the one with only state licence of notary or the one with national licence if the notary licence is of state only then this is nt valid one
