Not able to understand the Mutation Extract of the property purchased

I had purchased a plot in BBMP limits and when i was checking the records od mutation extract of the property ,I am not able to understand the fields given .Please help me what does it mean i have given the details below Survey No : 27/*/* Transaction Year : 2016-2017 117 Transaction No : 9 MR No : 5 Mutation Type : ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶ 27 Acquistion Type : ಪಹಣಿ ತೆಗೆ 3 In this what does acqistion type mean.
Without more information, it is not possible to understand all the details. Mutation Extract shows the transfer of ownership of property and who the existing owner on record is. Ideally it is recommended to obtain a copy of the mutation extract from the tahsildar at least once a year or 2 years so as to ensure there has been no wrongful/ illegal transactions with the property. When you purchased the property, you or your lawyer might have obtained the mutation extract (in addition to other documents) to make sure that the property was indeed in the name of the previous owner. Similarly, after the purchase of property you might have applied for a change in the land records so that the mutation extract would reflect your name, being the new owner. I would advise you to obtain the latest mutation extract from the tahsildar's office and ensure that if you're the rightful buyer, your name is reflected in it.
