I can increase the performance of cars, but I don't want to disclose to the customer how I do it, so will this little sentence agreement do? Customer Agreement Mr/Miss _______________________, by signing this agreement you agree that My Company/Me will not disclose how it/he will increase your car’s performance.

The Confidentiality Obligations or Protection of Information clause in a non-disclosure agreement details the obligations and forbearances required on the part of a party receiving confidential information. The obligation to keep confidences necessarily restricts disclosure of the information to others and therefore the additional restriction of non-disclose is not needed. Where additional obligations or restrictions are imposed, such as restrictions on copying, those obligations are typically specified in a separate clause.

1. Confidentiality

1.1. Confidentiality Obligations. The receiving party shall hold in confidence all Confidential Information that the disclosing party discloses to it in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

1.2. Use Solely for Purpose. The receiving party shall use the Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this agreement and solely for the Purpose.
