Name on documents are different what should i use for future document

My name on my SSC certificate is written something else and other on different documents so I want make a document..so I can use both names.what is the procedure.?
You have to file declaration suit gor change of name in civil court by making sslc and other persons as part to case by giving notice to them and get orders from court to change by paying requesite fee along with court fees.
