A girl is of 17yrs 6months and boy is of 19 yrs they want to have court marriage because there's parents are not ready for their marriage.and when they ll get marriage certificate from court.its important because girls parents fixed her marraige with another boy.so sir please help me for this.....
Prohibition of Child Marriage Act states that a girl in India can't marry before the age of 18, and a boy before 21. - According to UNICEF, 47% of girls are married by 18 years of age, and 18% are married by 15 years of age.

Marriage of minor is strictly prohibited. You should ask the girl to immediately go to the nearest women's commission, or can write an application to them as also to the CM, DC, and Police station. They will stop the marriage.
