Legal action to get recognized by two different names

I am a govt.employee and known by two names.l got edu.as one name and in my all docu. other name is used.Last week l made affidavit from magistrate explaining that l am known by both names and they refer to one and same person.My question is - my affidavit is levely complete? If not then will my affidavit be accepted for gazette notification?Can l send my documents to delhi for gazette notification?
Levely complete??? Didnt understand that.... See.. gazette notifications are used for change of names. Your case is that you are using two names. First you shoud identify which documents have your other names. Then, on the basis of the documents, if possible, ensure that you opt for change of name and have the gazette notification published then.
