IS IT NECESSARY FOR EVERY PARTNER OF A LAW FIRM LLP TO BE A LAWYER OR ENROLLED WITH BCI?
dear sir the provisions related to law firm is simple but you have to be very cautious following them a person having any professional degree can be a partner in a law firm but subject to the conditions provided in the advocates act he cannot appear in frontv of the court.
