Is general power of Attorney is legal document or not

I have a plot in Sahibabad and I purchased it in year 2000 and I have its sale deed with General power of attorney and 'seller's will'. Plot is in Uttar pradesh but I have get done all documentation in delhi court. It is valid or not. My neighbour is creating issues. what should I do.

If your property is in UP then how can you get the sale deed registered in Delhi? It seems your documents are unregistered and as such under section 17 of the Registration Act they are all useless and have not value without proper registry before the concerned sub Registrar.

Please provide with copy of all documents for better assistance.

My dear friend any document which registered in the court of sub registrar any city of India it legal the sub registrar have to power to registration any documents which is related any place on belonged to any place if he satisfied
