Is after failing in a semester can judiciary help?

I. Am a student of B.Com. in St. Xaveirs College,Ranchi . I could not pass my 2nd semester exam due to "lack of attention" and overconfidence. Now I got a year back. I know it's my mistake but. Now I want to give 2nd year and third year exam together. 2nd year in morning shift and 3rd year in evening shift. I am good at study . Can this be done by any special order by the honorable court. So that My one year does not get spoiled and I could complete my graduation in 3 years. Can I do. this because I have got many things to accomplish but. I took it very lightly and over confidence took it hard on me... Please help. .
no the hon'ble high court is reluctant to interfere in policy matter of the administration .in your case it is policy matter of college and university if there is a relevant rule of university it can be allowed but as far as my knowledge goes there is no such rule in ranchi university .However if you can show that it was allowed to some other candidate which was similar in nature to your case then court will definetly issue writs in nature of mandamus
