I want to register my marriage but husband is not ready for same

I am living separate from husband. we got married in 2012 but not living together from last 2 years. we have one daughter and she is 1 and half year old. on her birth certificate mothers name is my after marriage name. but i have not change my name yet as i have not register my marriage. now my husband is not ready for same. can i get marriage certificate without his help? can i add my daughters name in my ration card, is there any problem comes to my daughters school admission?.
The marriage certificate is to be signed by you of both, a single spouse cannot get it made alone because the signature is required from both husband and wife. Yes you can add your daughters name in the ration card by giving the necessary documents in the concerned department. No there will be no problems in school admission. if you could specify the problem then we can elaborate our answer.
