I m an OBC earning well is my son eligible for OBC NCL

Hi I am software Engineer, belongs to OBC category My annual Income is 14lakhs and i am getting 5lakhs from house rents Whether my son is eligible for OBC NCL category

OBC NCL has to be get renewed from Taluk Office every 6 months .
Annual income of the members of the OBC category over 6 lakhs per annum, they will not be eligible for reservations in Education as well as in jobs. Since your annual income is more than 6 lakhs, your son will come under OBC (Creamy Layer) category.
The national commission for backward classes has asked the Centre to raise the 'creamy layer' criterion for OBCs from the present annual salary of Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10.50 lakh.
