I have probate number where should I look for the status of the will

21-Feb-2023 (In Documentation Law)

Dear Sir My father left an unregistered will in 2009 and has put my eldest sister as executor. The will has gone for probate now only as initially we thought of partition and it is not working out due to un acceptance of sq.ft as per will as it differs from the real measurement. 1. I have got probate number. Where should I look for the status of the will? 2. Now, middle sister is making changes to original structures in the property. However, as per will, the property has to remain as it is for the next 10 years. I stay outside the country, and I couldn't stop her. What to do?

If the nature of the property has changed and the Will has not been respected then the benificary can file a case against the person who voilated the Will and seek damages.  We suggest engage a local lawyer and seek his advise
