good day sir. I have problem with my lawer I want to change my file one lawer to other lawer but lawer dont like to give my file back what I have to do and how to make my new file for vayada sir pls give me your good knowledge thank u sir

In this instance, you can request your file from the existing advocate, if he isn't responding positively then you can inform to the state bar council .
Generally all advocates will cooperate positively, if there's no Fee's dues.
