How to register gift deed

My Mother in law made a gift deed on her sons and my name . But when i checked now it has no signatures of either of us , and he said the gift deed is registered , I cant find any registration number also. Please can you guide me to know how to make it registered .
you have to get the Gift Deed registered by getting it on the stamp paper and paying the registration fee of the gift Deed.
