I would suggest that first the file should be inspected and then only the relevant documents should be obtained frm the certifying agency.
And during inspection also u can write the whose thing instead of spending money on certified copies.

Please clarify whether you want copies of the suit i.e. the entire record of pleadings or do you want a certified copy of the compromise decree? For both you can make an application to the appropriate district court and on payment of certain fee, you can obtain the documents you seek. For any further assistance do get in touch. Regards
