How to obtain a marriage certificate?

I did a court marriage on February 23, 2015. I want to change my surname but banks are not allowing me to do so even if I produce marriage certificate. I want to issue a Marriage certificate but unable to do so.

Please make sure that you have followed the follwing steps: 1. Obtain a marriage certificate; 2. apply for a name change at the office of the State Government Gazette. They would include your name change and make it official through announcements through local newspapers. A copy of this advertisement could serve as a legal document for a name change.; 3.Apply to the bank to change the name.
