Hi Guys,, Please kindly help me out, From Primary School to Post Graduate Education , I need to change my DoB(Date Of Birth). Please give me a suggestion his it have any way through legally
Yes, you can take direction through the district court to all the schools and SSLC Board, PUC Board and the university board for change of name on all the documents like Marks Card, Convocation etc. Normally it is a time consuming process to get name changed on all the above documents as stated by you.

To change the date of birth, first you will have to issue legal notice to the State Govt., Represented by Deputy commissioner of the Dist., and Deputy director of public instructions of the Dist., u/s 80 of CPC , by giving two months of notice to rectify the mistake. After lapse of two months notice, file a suit for declaration and mandatory injunction.
