How to get SC caste certificate made

Sir, I have been living in Delhi since birth. I belong from Tamil nadu. I belong from SC CASTE. No caste certificate has been made yet from any of the members in family. Please suggest me how to get a caste certificate. I read somewhere that I will require two govt. servants for witness. Should they be the same caste that I belong from?
Where no SC/ST certificate has been issued to any member of family, in that case, two government servants should certify that the you are permanently known to them and you belongs to the caste (name the cast) which is SC alongwith the attested copies of their identity cards.
There is no requirement that those govt servant should be from the same cast or SC. Authority has no concern with regard to govt servant cast or religion. Regards

Dear now a days every state has made a representative of state wise for such certificates counter as near Tamil Nadu Bhawan in Bihar Bhawan such counter is available like that u also apply on line and get the same in prescribed time limit .rest all can directly contact to concerned block for the same

weather you have voter id and aadharcard of delhi?it will ensure what to do for sc certifacate, because rules will vary state to state.

First you disclose that your election id belong to tamilnadu then you get cast certificate from tamilnadu from SDM / tehsildar ...if you have election I'd from Delhi then you applied before concern SDM in Delhi it's complassary for everyone
