How to get may name changed in the original birth certificate

I have changed my 5yrs son name past four years via gazzat in the school excepted but right now in the school they want name change in original birth certificate please help me in bmc office thay r not change the name help me what I want to do....
The original copy of same birth certificate with details of birth jurisdiction, parents marriage certificate and the place of birth, incase of correction of name we need to submit the affidavit along with pan card and adhar card. This is very normal procedure so no need to worry at all.
