How to get DOB rectified in school records.

28-Dec-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Can a minor studying in ninth class get a court order directing school to get his D.O.B corrected as per actual in the school and cbse records . which he recently discoverd that at the time of admission in the school his parents had by mistake filled in wrong date of birth. but the school is not cooperating even after verbal and written requests. Its urgent as board exams are approching. we have all the orignal documents but the school is saying you yourself filled the date of birth in words also at the time of admission. Please advise.

Yes minor can be represented though his legal guardian.
Court order can be sought against CBSE
Before moving to court, an application should be made to CBSE.
If CBSE rejects it then you should knock the doors of the court.
I am assuming school is a private school.
CBSE has a process of correction in DOB

Going directly to court would be a pre mature step
