How to get birth time rectified in birth certificate

My son born in a hospital on 21 st 00:05 hours. But doctor noted with their wrong time clock as 20th 23:55 hours. When we cliaming for that they rejecting to do the change. What should i do now?
You can visit your municipality office and give them an application to alter the information regarding the time of birth.They may ask you for an affidavit to make sure that information given by you is correct and best of your knowledge.
