For registration of new flat deed of conveyance is to be prepared containing particular of parties and schedule property . pan no. & Id proof of all parties will be required and if its a new construction flat copy of development agreement and Agreement for sale will be needed. Sanctioned plan copy of the property and floor plan will be needed. It will take around 10 days time to complete the work.

for registration of the flat at the registration offfice, you will require the previous purchase deed of the sellor his details plan of the flat , u need to pay the stamp duty registration feees advocate fees and registry office charges, drafting charges of advocate and advocate fees.

in registration it does not take much time. you need to pay stamp duty and registration charges.
documents required for registration : conveyance paper , id proof of both seller and purchaser, photos etc

You need to register the same document i.e. sale deed at the main regsitry office and for which you need to provide your address proof and pan details and other necessary documents thats proves you are a resident of the country and you have to give registration fees and stamp duty.
