How to file a complaint against police for giving false information

Dear sir In my case police gives various wrong information to the court through police case diary and on the basis of that lower court give the punishment of life imprisonment even all the witnesses are hostiled. Can I do the complain against police for this? I get the bail by high court in the month of December 2016. Athe whole duration I spent 4year 3months in judicial custody. Please give me suggestions what I can do for justice. With thanks wait for your suggestion. -- Kumar Vikram
If you think wrong has been done then give a complaint to lokayut regarding the wrong see this complaint could have been done much before when you were under trial never the less you are not remedy less since you have file an appeal so you can also agitate the same in the appeal at the time of hearing of the case

If you have acuited by the trial court or any appealate court on the ground of false case then you have liberty to file a defamation suit before appropriate court for compensation against the informent
