How to determine my son caste when migrated to other state

Hi Team, My caste comes under "EBC" category in my Native place "BIHAR". I have settled permanently in Uttar Pradesh and there my caste comes under " SC" category. Could you please let me know under which category " my child" caste will be nominated. He has born in Uttar Pradesh and studied in Utter Pradesh.
The issue of caste certicate will be from your origin place.If you change the state they will not issue the caste certificate.If you are settled in that state then they will issue caste certifcate.Burden of proof of caste lies on you.Anotherthing is your caste in the previous state may be B.C or O.B.C but in the present state it may be O.C.
