How to correct the name of my mother in documents

Hi. My mother is having a land in our village. Her actual name is Nita. However, the name appearing on 7/12 is Meenakshi (i.e. Name changed after marriage). However, her name on all official documents is Nita. Please tell as to how can the name be corrected on 7/12 extract.
It is possible to change the name of Meenakshi appearing in 7/12 extract to Nita. With the help of Official document in the name of Nita as mentioned by You together with other legal document/process which shall be communicated to you over the phone/ personal meeting upon payment of legal fees.
