How to change Permanent Address in govt ids

18-May-2023 (In Documentation Law)
My mother who is 90 years old and is a Central Government Family Pensioner sold her flat in New Delhi in January 2017. Her Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, Bank Accounts, Pension Papers carry the address of the Flat she owned previously. After sale of the flat, she has moved to live with me - her eldest son - in Coimbatore on a permanent basis. How do get her address changed (to my address) in all the above ID's, Accounts etc.?

There is no comprehensive system to change the address in one go. You have to change the address by applying to the respective authorities. First, change the address in voters card or aadhar card. Then you can change address based in that voter id/ aadhar id in other papers.

It is advisable, and easy to Amend the Aadhar or the Passport first. Apply for Postal ID with the local post head office.
Meanwhile, change the petitioner address with respect department, where she worked. If she writes a self attested letter stating the change of address and evidence of the property sold. The address should easily be amended.
Bank & Voter ID can be changed using the updated Aadhar.
