How to change name in the title of property

the first name in my flat is of my uncle and second name is of my mother...how to transfer my mother name to first order and my name preceding to it...how to go about it???
In case the property is owned by your mother and your uncle and you wish the property to be in the name of your uncle and your name then then your uncle can transfer his share in the property in your name through gift deed.
