How to cancel fake registration and apply for fresh title ownership

Hi all, is any one please advice me, I want to file a suit to cancel the fake registration & to apply for title ownership, I want to do it faster, can I apply directly in district head court ? The property is located near Piduguralla Town, I want to file suit in Guntur . The reason why I want to move faster is, this case has been not resolved since 2007. My opposition team is giving injection suit on us and when hearing comes they are withdrawing the suit and saying they will file fresh suit. Please help us out, my mother is struggling on this.

You must file a Suit for cancellation of Registered Title Deed. The suit will have to be filed in a Court which has territorial jurisdiction, Pecuniary jurisdiction and not in any court of your choice. If the Opposite Party files an injunction petition you may defend the same by project your case. Due to age of your mother if she crosses 60 years, i.e., if she is a senior it will be decided as quickly as possible. Even otherwise your mother will file a petition in High Court for speedy disposal of the case and get a direction to that extent.
