How can I get the date of birth changed in my certificate

I have an issue with my birth certificate. My date of birth on my birth certificate is 22/11/1986. But my date of birth was changed in my school leaving as 22/09/1986. Because the school leaving certificate had an different date of birth, all my official documents including driving license, aadhar card, pan card and passport have the date of birth as 22/09/1986. I am in the US currently and applying for green card. Birth certificate is an mandatory document that i have to submit for this process and the date of birth are different in birth certificate and other official documents. Is there any way i can get my date of birth as 22/09/1986 or any alternate document i can provide. My place of birth is Nagpur, Maharashtra. Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated.
