How can I get my marriage registration done?

I need to register my marriage with a Serbian Citizen , we had already solemnised our Arya Samaj Marriage by the registered Purohit in Lucknow
The marriage with a foreign citizen in India need to be registered under the Special Marriges Act 1954. The certiciate of registration of marrige will be issued after the marriage is solmenised under the said act. It is suggeted to check the marriage laws of Serbia as well in case you have any future plans.
