How can i get my fathers name changed in my birth certificate.

Hello .. I want to change my father's name in my birth certificate. This is due to the reason that my mother and me have all the documents with another father name (second marriage of my mother ) . Now the problem is arising that I have all the documents with another father name expect my birth certificate. I require my birth certificate for my passport enquiry . Please suggest how can I change my father's name and what documents are required .
