How can i get changes made in my birth certificate.

Hello, I have done my schooling from C.B.S.E. university in 2004. At the time of 10th exam my age was 18 years as per certificate. We missed to change it and now I am facing difficulty. Is it possible to change now?
Your 10th certificate determines your date of birth and once the entry is made in the certificate then it will quite difficult for you to change it however you can make request to the board to make such changes if they agree then your purpose will be solved
