How can I claim OBC

Sir I've my domicile, birth certificate and obc caste certificate(jat) from kota as I've done my education from class 4-12 from kota. But we have sold our house in kota. My father belongs to bharatpur and he's not in obc as jats of bharatpur are not reserved. Please tell me can I claim obc reservation from kota and which permanent address should I write bharatpur's or kota's. And how enquiry of job will be done on my address as I no longer lives in kota or should I surrender my documents in kota.
Dear friend as per your question and acording to law you have domicile certificate from kota also obc certificate from kota now live in bharatpur so you write as present adress your application form because now you resident in bharatpur but you born in kota so you claim your obc certificate
