Graduation certificate not received till now what to do

Respected Sir / mam I completed my graduation with a university named Shridhar university in 2013 however haven't received my certificates yet tried reaching out to the organisation however unable to get hold of a person to get the same Can some one please guide me on what needs to be done as this is my future
You can send the concerned university a legal notice demanding the dispensing of the said certificates along with the compensation. And if the University denies/refuse to act upon it then, you can file a civil suit making the university a party to the dispute claiming your documents and compensation.
