For how many years is POA valid

26-Dec-2023 (In Documentation Law)
i have a shop in my parents name. My parents have made a Power of Attorney(POA) in my name wherein only one of parent has signed. If the the same has to be revised then can it be done with only one of them signing the POA? Is the registration process mandatory? The earlier POA has been made 8 years back so will it continue to be valid

when you say that the shop is in your parents name, both should execute the poa in ur name. in case only one of your parent is giving you a poa you can only sign and execute the document on behalf of the person like ur mother or father who has given you the poa. the other parent has to sign the dopcument for that effect. you can consult us for further advice , also the said document needs to be reviewed.
