Please specify the land type, whether it is agricultural or non agricultural. The bank ordinarily requires the title deed of the property. If the bank requires a land regularisation certificate then you can apply for the same and file the acknowledgement with an undertaking that you would file the required documents once you obtain them from the relevant authority. Firstly you should have property on your name or your parents name.if you don't have then any relationship of your blood religion must agree for colletral security one everything is fine then the bank after completing enquiry will consider your application
