Direct distribution by producers can this be stop by any legal means

Situation when a producer or supplier bypasses the normal channel of distribution and sells directly to the end user. Selling over the internet while maintaining a physical distribution network is an example of channel conflict. How to deal with this problem in product based company.
Firstly, we require the documented agreement either via e-mail or on paper to understand the relation between the two parties and terms of agreement upon which the distribution network has been mapped out. This will help us understand whether the party is legally committing a breach or otherwise.
