Different middle name in various IDs and documents. what should I do

It should not Create any problems if middle name is shortened however if there are different middle name in different documents then you must swear an Affidavit before the first class judicial magistrate stating there in all the names and all the documents that contains different names for same and identical person. It will solve your problem.
