Different DOB in certificate what can I do.

01-Dec-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Respected Sir/ Madam, This is regarding the difference of DOB in my birth certificate(which says 16-10-1988 as the date) compared to other documents such as 10th/12th mark sheet, Degree certificates, Pan card, Passport etc., (which says 06-10-1988). Since my DOB is before 1989, I never had any problem getting my passport (SSLC marksheet was accepted as DOB proof). Now I'm planning to apply Visa for higher studies abroad. But the concerned authority is asking me for the original DOB certificate. So requesting your valuable inputs on the steps to align my birth date in all the documents. Thanks in advance!

You have not stated that why this difference occurred and which one is the correct date of birth.
You cannot apply before the births and deaths registrar to rectify the date of birth as per your certificates.
Your application will not be entertained either with the school or educational authorities in this regard.
You have o ascertain your correct date of birth, gather evidence for it and file a declaratory suit after getting a communication in writing from the Registrar of births and deaths with reasons refusing to rectify the date of birth as per your request.
The authority may be impleaded as party to suit and get a direction from court for rectifying the birth date details in the birth register.
You may consult a local advocate for further advise and procedures to be followed in this regard.
