Difference in aadhar and pan card, how to get correction done?

Dear Sir/Madam, There's a disparity in the spelling of my father's name in the Adhar Card and in the Pan Card. How can I solve this? Is there any scope to make an affidavit in the Court stating that both the names are of a same person? Please help. Saumya Mukhopadhyay.
Hi ! Yes you can make an affidavit to this effect stating the correct name and also that the spelling is of the same person. Please do notarize the affidavit. There won't be any such legal issues after the affidavit is made.

For getting identity of name and spell mistake you have to declare your statement before the 1st Class Magistrate and thereafter have the same advertise in a leading daily Hindi and English paper and after this please have the corrections dealt with the department and obtain a fresh Pan card or voter ID.
