Deceased Father's name not matching in documents

my Father Expired on 28th June 2016 in his office records name was venkaiah, but in the property document name was venkat reddy death certificate was venkaiah , when i went to transfer the docunment they ask me name not match . give me adivice how can i transfer my document.

You need to visit the sub- registrar office and clarify with them that if you submit the death certificate and an affidavit along with your documents supporting and showing the name of your father in it. you can even publish it in the newspaper and then get it transferred.
