23-Jul-2023 (In Documentation Law)
My father has is about 75 yrs, he wants me to take care of all his personal documentation like this ID cards and property documents. I have 2 elder brothers and Mother. I stay in a separate house. Will this be an issue in absence of my father. Can this be legally authorized by my father that i am the care taker of all his documentations?

Yes you can have a GPA executed and you can be his GPA holder and execute all the work on his behalf. and later after you can have it revoked if necessary as well. this GPa need not be registered any where
