Cost to file a case for execution of arrear amount

My mother filed a maintenance suit. But the judgement amount did not suit to us. Moreover, my mother was unable to pay huge amount as our advocate and court fee etc hence the execution file got late say 4 to 5 years. can we file execution for the arrear amount ? If yes, what will be the apprx cost?
U can file execution case for arrear amount in the same original court.The order or judgement passed by the Judge,Family court can be appealed before the high Court. Order or judgement passed by the magistrate can be appealed before the District and session Judge
