Cost of Title verification and drafting an agreement

Generally how much it will charge to get the title of a property verified 100% and to prepare a draft of mutual agreement between us and the builder so that we get the guaranteed return promised by the builder. I mean helping to legally close a deal with the builder and making sure that we do not loose anything and get the promised return during any conflict with the builder.
