20-Apr-2023 (In Documentation Law)

dear sir, we made a rental agreement and get it registered in which there is two owner in agreement it is written that amount will pay 50% of rent each but now they saying that to pay whole rent 100% in one account. so, my question is can we do so through just taking noc from the owner without going to change in registered agreement or create new agreement. You will have to get a new agreement made as later on the owner might say that he did not get any rent for his share of property. NOC can be made but it is advisable to get a new agreement made with the terms and conditions properly laid out in order to avoid any future conflict.
